Where can I take the Tokutei Ginou Test

Hi, I Malaysian. I just want to work in Japan. I found the Tokutei Ginou visa is the way suitable for me work in Japan. I have N4 certificate, but I don't have Tokutei Ginou test. Thank you.

I think you can scan through your maps in Japan where you can definitely take a test. Ive heard a lot in your area that actually does give you that privilege.

That mean I need to come to Japan first and take a test, or I take the test after found a job.
