What kind of visa do you have? For some visa types like Student visa, it is easier to find a part time job and then convert to a full-time job. You can check out apps like WORK JAPAN. Some jobs listed there are marked as "Opportunity for full time hiring". You can try applying for those.

If you are looking for jobs like in restaurant, translator jobs, housekeeping etc, then it is easier to find a part time job and then convert to full time. If you are in the field of IT or some other specialization in which you have graduated, it will be easier to find a full time job.

Can you share more details about what exactly you are looking for?
