Jobs without Japanese skill?

I am looking for a job that doesn’t require nihongo.
I can only speak english but fluently.

One of my friends has been working in Japan for the past 2 years. He says the best opportunities for native English speakers are farm jobs, construction work and some hotel work which is not customer facing (like bed making, housekeeping). These industries don't even need a lot of experience to get you started.
You can also try teaching English in language schools or private classes or acting as a tour guide for foreigners (if you know the tourist places in Japan). Although I think at this time getting tour guides wouldn't be possible :)

Is opportunity also for Vietnamese speakers?

Lots of part-time jobs do not require Japanese skills - restaurant cooking, dish-washing, farm work etc. The most Japanese skill you might need in such jobs is very basic for the interview - greeting. You can also take a friend or relative to help you out in that process.
And I think it doesn't matter whether you are Vietnamese or English, if you are willing to learn on the job, you can get a job easily. In fact for Vietnamese speakers you will also get good jobs as translator or in a speciality restaurant.
