I'm not sure if I can give 3 specific sentences, but here are some basic sentences you should know when going for an interview
    1. Basic greeting - Kon'nichiwa (Hello)
    2. Basic introduction - Watashinonamaeha XYZ desu (My name is XYZ) Watashi wa COUNTRY shusshindesu (I am from COUNTRY)

Apart from this, the phrases you need to know would depend largely on the interview you are going to attend and what sort of conversation you have. You can also take a friend/family along to help you because for a lot of jobs, the job itself might not need knowledge of Japanese, but the interview might.
