How do I get Japan work permit?

There is no licensure equivalency between countries so you will have to take Japanese nursing exam before you can work here. All questions are written in Japanese (but would possibly have furigana on the kanji to help you), so you should have advanced reading ability. To apply for the exam, you would need your graduation details and the course work explanation (translated in Japanese), along with a copy of your license to practice.
