How can I create a Japanese CV?

I've seen a specific format being followed in most of the Japanese CVs. Is this something employers expect? I found a couple of different formats online when trying to find a template. Is there a fixed go-to-template I can look at?

Yeah...it is strange but looks like many Japanese employers are obsessed to this format, some even says it is not official if it is not hand written....
the Fixed template is normally sold at book store, but it is for hand writing.... see attached image..
A4 size , divided in 2 section is the standard...
