Good schools for learning Japanese?

What are some good language schools to learn Japanese here? I also want to take the JLPT, so if they help in the process, it is a bonus.

I think in Japan there are over 200 Japanese language schools
but normally its cost like 100,000Yen per month...
if this is too much you can look for classes held at Ward Offices( Ku-Yaku-sho), I ve seen, Retired Old people teaching Japanese as a Volunteer, Normally they do not charge or charge for drinks.
