Especially chains like Dominos or McDonalds or the likes? Are they hiring foreigners currently? Does anyone work in these places and know? Thanks

It might be bit tough for foreigners now...
I heard McDonald's used to hire foreigners a lot, but now Japanese who lost jobs due to Covid-19 are applying,
so no space left for Foreigners....
